ecco cosa mi ha risposo fanatec alla mia e-mail dove gli imputavo il problema (con video allegato)

We already fixed the problem with the quick release with an optimized spring.

This problem has only occurred with the first batch of the rims.

We also have these springs at stock and a replacement is very easy.

tieni conto che ti ha risposto il servizio vendite, che secondo me hanno delle risposte "preconfezionate" e che tecnicamente con tutta probabilità non sono preparati.

Quale video hai allegato e cosa gli hai scritto ? comunque lascia perdere , non rispondere neanche.

Pazienta qualche giorno per capire bene come va a finire con chi come me ha il volante in mano.

fino a ieri era funzionante ora non più

comunque avevo scritto.....che ero molto interessato all'acquisto di questo prodotto ma nel mio paese ossia italia molti amici lamentano il problema come indicato nel video dove appunto faceva vedere il problema base e quickrelease , e chiedevo a loro se questo era stato risolto perchè il problema freneva molto il mio acquisto!

il messaggio l'ho inviato alla voce " I have some other topic to discuss with Fanatec" e poi ho inviato il messaggio all'ufficio tecnico "Technical Department"

Dovrebbe essere un servizio aggiuntivo... Per chi come me, ha acquistato il CSW prima del 15 gennaio avrà sicuramente ricevuto questa mail dalla FANATEC

§ High priority access to our Technical Support

§ Should a repair be necessary and the duration of a repair and return shipment is estimated not to be within the following 2 business days after we received the product, a replacement unit on loan will be shipped to you, with no time restrictions and for each and every warranty case.

se ho letto bene, se compri tutti il pacchetto Clubsport però non c'è sovraprezzo

cioè se ho capito bene......costa 50 euro in + ed hai un servizio + veloce? ma la garanzia sul prodotto non è sempre 2 anni?

e poi xkè questo servizio premium solo su csw? gli altri prodotti hanno l'aids?

Ragazzi..costa 50 € in più a pezzo..quindi se si pensa all'accoppiata CSW+BMW Rig+F1 rig...sono 150 € in più

si corrado ho appena visto.... 50 euro per ogni pezzo..!

ma perchè solo sul CSW? io sta cosa non la capisco....!

e poi avete visto quell'altra operazione CSW Maintenance and Repair Service non ho capito bene di cosa si tratta ma costa 179 euro....sembra una garanzia se sei fuori dal periodo di legge...oppure di manutenzione del prodotto......

Solo sul csw perché è il loro modello di punta.. nonché, probabilmente, quello per il quale stanno avendo più richieste di assistenza.

Avrebbe avuto più senso fare il contrario comunque: versione prezzo normale con "nuovo super servizio di assistenza", versione prezzo scontato con "vecchia assistenza". Avrebbe donato anche una spiegazione al fatto che chi ha acquistato prima di gennaio ha ottenuto il super servizio gratuitamente.

MAH....

La mia voglia di non comprare più da loro rischia di andare oltre a ciò che è oggettivamente meglio o non meglio comprare PER ME.
