The "without charge" part of that is just bad wording. We're not going to charge you again after the third code. People are panicking about this for no reason really.

To purchase and unlock rFactor, you need to have the product installed and be connected to the internet. To play rFactor you do NOT need to be connected to the internet.

To run a dedicated server you do NOT need to purchase or unlock it. You DO need to install it however. It will host on a LAN or internet connection.

rFactor can be purchased directly or using a pre-ordered Unlock Code. Once unlocked, rFactor will continue to run indefinitely, unless the hard drive is formatted or the machine is significantly changed.

Although the rFactor license is for one machine, we realize that people change computers (either from a heavy upgrade or all new system). This is why the reactivate system is in place. You can do this three times automatically but can also reactivate it more times by contacting customer support if its a unique situation.

Mi è successo una cosa strana!Ho scaricato il gioco l'ho installato.quando l'ho fatto partire è venuta fuori una schermata per comprarlo.e fin qui tutto ok(penso)

inserito il numero di carta di credito mi hanno detto che era andato tutto a buon fine è il gioco è partito subito senza codici da inserire!!!!!

dopo pochi minuti è arrivata l'email con il codice!!!!!!!

è capitato a qualcuno quasta cosa?

Hi,

You can install it 3 times automatically. After that, all that is required is an email to customer support to activate it after that. This is part of the copy protection within the system. You will not have to pay anything additional.

E con questo il messaggio mi sembra chiaro: disponibilità a venire incontro alle persone oneste, niente tolleranza con i pirati.

Se qualcuno installa rFactor su due PC suoi, contatti gli ISI se Trymedia fa storie.

Non ho parlato con Gjon di questo, ma leggendo i vari post in neretto sopra, mi sembra questa la situazione.

tranquilli ho scritto una email direttamente alla isi e mi hanno confermato ke non si paga nulla e solo un modo per controllare dopo 3 o 5 rinnovi ke il codice non è stato clonato o rubato!!!!!!!

chiaro... in pratica quando finisci i rinnovi mandi una mail a trymedia (con allegato il vecchio codice, immagino) e loro te ne mandano uno nuovo GRATIS

quindi, aiutatemi a capire..... nel mio studio ho 3 PC.... si rompe quello su cui ho installato e attivato il gioco..... ma non voglio rinunciare a giocarci

Lo installo su un'altra macchina e quindi? lo riattivo?

quando torna la macchina rotta lo devo riattivare ancora?

in ogni pc a sè stante è chiaro che devi usare un'attivazione per ognuna, questo vale anche se formatti l'intero hard-disk ovviamente, oppure se fai un upgrade importante sulla macchina tipo motherd board e cpu, se però lo disinstalli e poi lo reistalli sulla stessa macchina senza formattare puoi farlo anche 100.000 volte perchè non c'e bisogno nemmeno della riattivazione
