As we announced few days ago, we are working on a new feature: PRO Rank.
This is a rank based on predefined cars/track combinations with predefined assist settings (PRO settings). This allows to compare drivers in the same conditions.
The total rank time is the sum of PRO lap times in each cars/track combinations.
If a driver doesn't have any PRO laptime for one of the ranked combos, 1 hour will be assigned as laptime on that combo.

We've defined so far 2 categories of PRO ranks:

• All Round with 10 different cars on different tracks (chosen between the most used cars/tracks used so far, trying to have different types of cars)
• Formula Abarth: the first rank based on 1 car only. We've chosen the most used combos for this car (We've chosen the Formula Abarth as first single car rank, since it's the most used car so far)

We will keep on adding more ranks in the future, and add more features to this.
Coming up:

• Info about PRO ranks in the profile page
• more PRO ranks
• levels per each rank (Rookie, Amatour..., Alien) with target Total Rank Time for each level
• handicap rank (GPL style) with benchmark time (as soon as the AI will be out to set benchmarks)
• PRO rank filter in the normal rank page

Credo che sarò uno di quelli che avrà 1 hour   Non condivido quasi nessuna delle combo, che per altro mi aspettavo per la scelta di massa di alcune piste che non ho mai condiviso. Imola , che mi piaceva da impazzire usatissima anni fa con GTR2, mi sta diventando antipatica quasi come il Nordschleife.  L'unica combo che mi piace è quella Lotus Type 49 Monza 66 ed anche l'unica che ha senso. Forse girerò anche a Vallelunga ed a Magione con la Formula Abarth.

 

Credo che piuttosto di seguire la massa (cosa che ho sempre odiato sin da giovane ) sarebbe stato più bello sorteggiare gli abbinamenti.

 

PS: Alcune auto sono state ignorate ! Credo che continuerò a girare nelle mia nicchia... Ed al limite mi dedicherò solo alla Formula Abarth che finora ho usato poco niente ( dopo l'utilizzo massiccio di Netkar pro le ruote scoperte le volevo accantonare un po' e la Tatuus le ricorda molto )

come abbiamo scritto, questa e' solo un'anteprima del PRO Rank. Ne aggiungeremo altri man mano. Tra le varie opzioni ci sara' anche una TOTAL ALL ROUND, con tutte le auto ufficiali.
Per ora vogliamo sondare un po' il terreno, e capire come viene recepita questa nuova caratteristica.

Abbiamo ricevuto molte richieste per un PRO Rank, per cui ho deciso di passare qualche oretta per implementarlo.

a me non registra i tempi delle m3 gra e della 599xx .ho cancellato i tempi vecchi e riprovato a girare, ma mi mancano ancora due eventi

Edit: ho girato con la Lotus e infatti dava "no time set" ,ora me lo ha registrato..gli altri comunque non ci sono più.

Tutti i tempi di Imola sono stati eliminati visto che sono cambiati i limiti del tracciato nella 0.4. Ora il circuito e' molto piu' lento, percui non ha piu' senso avere quei tempi, irrangiungibili dopo le nuove modifiche.
