kunos Posted January 9, 2009 Author Share Posted January 9, 2009 esatto. per alcune versioni durante il betatest avevo inserito la propria vettura nel render degli specchietti.. effettivamente aumentava tantissimo la percezione delle distanze ma creava alcuni problemi con la mappatura delle texture sugli specchietti. per evitare problemi ho disabilitato la cosa. resta il fatto che pur migliorando la percezione delle distanze (e l'immersivita' IMO perche' il tutto appare piu' coerente) non risolve il problema della visibilita' laterale. kunos Posted January 9, 2009 Author Share Posted January 9, 2009 ma anche con uno specchio che copre 180 gradi (praticamente chi ti segue da dietro a 2cm dalla scatola del cambio diventa grande 2 pixels )... con un fov di 60 ti restano 120 gradi in cui non sai dove il tuo avversario sia finito.
