Se vogliamo portarci un pò di motorsport virtuale anche sotto l'ombrellone, prepariamoci a scaricare proprio ad Agosto il nuovo Street Kart Racing di Nico Rosberg, che sarà disponibile su tutti i sistemi iOS. Street Kart Racing è in sviluppo dal lontano 2014, attraversando diverse fasi di beta test, oltre ad una beta pubblica da 4.000 giocatori, ed ora è finalmente pronto. Il gioco ci offrirà una selezione di 15 piste da kart reali, tra cui Adria Raceway (Italia, foto sotto), Mariembourg (Belgio) e Wackersdorf (Germania) ed anche veri e propri corsi di karting, con il pieno supporto di vari marchi presenti. Non manca una modalità carriera che ci farà partire dai kart Cadetti prima di passare a telai e motori sempre più veloci. Sarà possibile aggiornare il kart, oltre che modificare il setup. Presente anche un nuovo campionato multiplayer in tempo reale, a cadenza settimanale, alla fine dle quale si potrà essere promosso o retrocesso in una divisione diversa. Particolarità interessante è il meteo in real time: il tempo sulla pista scelta sarà lo stesso del circuito reale! Street Kart Racing è stato realizzato in collaborazione con veri piloti di kart (oltre che in partnership con il campione F1) per avere una fisica autentica, inoltre i piloti professionisti, come Dexter Patterson e Marijn Kremers, ci aiuteranno durante il gioco. Non manca ovviamente la Rosberg Racing Academy, nella quale Nico Rosberg ci insegnerà come andare davvero forte e ci ricompenserà per aver completato sfide e missioni. KartKraft, simulatore di guida dedicato al mondo del karting, sembra finalmente procedere nella giusta direzione, dopo i recenti aggiornamenti della versione in accesso anticipato su Steam. Oggi lo sviluppatore ci mostra le prime immagini di anteprima del nuovo kartodromo di Atlanta Motorsports Park, tracciato disegnato addirittura dal noto architetto della F1 Herman Tilke.

Nuova versione aggiornata di KartKraft disponibile via Steam: dopo che la precedente release ci aveva messo a disposizione la telemetria, stavolta è il turno dell'assetto! Nella nuova versione infatti è possibile modificare il setup del nostro kart esattamente come accade nella realtà.

Nuovo aggiornamento disponibile via Steam per il sempre più interessante KartKraft, simulatore di guida dedicato al mondo appassionante del karting. La principale novità di questa release, è l'implementazione del plugin che permette il funzionamento del sistema della telemetria e degli eventuali componenti dinamici.

E' disponibile da qualche minuto tramite Steam, la nuova versione aggiornata di KartKraft, promettente simulatore di guida dedicato al mondo del karting. La nuova release, che vi ricordiamo essere ancora in beta, ci offre tre principali novità: il supporto beta diretto alla VR, per i vari visori di realtà virtuale (come Oculus Rift), un modello fisico aggiornato con un nuovo e migliorato force feedback ed un miglioramento generale delle performance nell'ordine del 15%. Questa nuova Steam Early Access presenta un modello di pneumatici basato sulla fisica reale, un motore fisico tutto nuovo, kart rimodellati, intelligenza artificiale migliorata, nuove modalità fantasma e leaderboard, un sistema di personalizzazione avanzato e, da subito, ben 8 telai con licenza ufficiale (Arrow, CRG, Deadly, Formula K, Monaco, OK1, Praga e Sodi Kart), con motore IAME X30. Il famosissimo brand karting di CRG organizza una spettacolare gara di 24 ore sul circuito di Adria per il prossimo 24/25 Marzo 2018. La nostra idea è quella di iscrivere un "DrivingItalia.NET SimRacing Team", formato ovviamente solo da piloti virtuali, per dimostrare che i virtual drivers sono capaci di andare forte anche sulle piste vere! Le iscrizioni all'evento apriranno il 15 Gennaio, quindi il nostro team deve essere pronto entro tale data per effettuare l'iscrizione che ha un costo di 2560 euro da dividere fra i piloti e la squadra: il numero massimo di piloti ammessi è di 10, al quale aggiungeremmo il team manager, di conseguenza l'importo di iscrizione sarebbe di euro 232. The CRG management and the Adria raceway circuit have made official the organization of the 24 Hours Karting of Italy, an event that is going to become the new reference point in the Endurance races field and it’s going to take place on March 24th-25th 2018 with the CRG Centurion karts managed by the CRG Racing Team technicians. Two leaders in the respective fields will join to create a top event, both from the technical point of view, considering that CRG will provide a brand new fleet of 40 Centurion karts, and the logistic point of view, thanks to the futuristic services provided by the Adria circuit. The structure of the track is able to provide the teams with real boxes with sliding doors similar to the F1, screens to follow the race in live timing and all the comforts inside. Moreover, the circuit provides the best illumination system at European level, a modern video room for the race direction’s control and hotel rooms that overlook the karting track, that can be used by the teams for their rest periods during the event. The Adria track hosted the European Karting Championship, Italian Championship and many WSK events and it is one of the most technical and modern ones in international karting. With this event, CRG proves once again its will to complete its offer in the rental karting sector in a big way, placing the 24 Hours together with the Endurance Kart Cup (championship on 3 rounds of 4h each) and the Rental Kart World Contest, the event that will take place in October, a challenge among the best teams selected from the CRG tracks in the world. The team winner of the 24 Hours will also directly qualify for the Rental Kart World Contest, besides winning a brand new CRG FS4 of the Briggs Kart Championship series. Anche se siamo nel pieno di un Agosto torrido, qui su DrivingItalia siamo già al lavoro al muretto box, come vedete dalla foto , per garantirvi un autunno ed inverno all'insegna del miglior simracing, con gare e tornei online aperti a tutti. Come prima cosa, vi ricordiamo il torneo Sparco TopDriver Challenge con Assetto Corsa, che ha superato addirittura i 100 iscritti ed al quale potete ancora partecipare, provando a qualificarvi per la fase 2, visto che sono ancora 16 i posti disponibili per le gare online che si svolgeranno a Dicembre. A Settembre si accenderanno i motori di altri due tornei con Assetto Corsa: il TT Endurance Cup e, a grande richiesta, la seconda stagione del Tatuus Challenge, tutti e due già con un decina di iscritti. Affrettatevi quindi con le iscrizioni per non rischiare di... rimanere a piedi ! Vi segnalo alcune interessanti novità dedicate al Kart Racing Pro targato Piboso, al momento l'unico vero simulatore di guida per il mondo del karting. Sono disponibili infatti la nuova versione 2.0.8 del MaxHUD Display, utility che implementa varie informazioni a schermo e la release 1.16 del MaxTM Telemetry, che ci mette a disposizione un tool completo per l'analisi della telemetria. Al momento è disponibile la versione beta 16 di Kart Racing Pro, ma Piboso prevede di rilasciare a fine giugno la nuovissima release 1, che fra le altre cose, includerà un nuovo telaio e lo spettacolare tracciato di Genk (nel video qui sotto).

Ad oltre un anno dal lancio del periodo di closed beta e dopo un lungo e preoccupante silenzio, torna finalmente a mostrarsi in video il nuovo KartKraft, titolo dedicato ovviamente al mondo del karting che negli ultimi mesi sembrava essere scomparso nel nulla... I tre video che trovate qui sotto, catturati dalla release beta attuale del software, ci mostrano un kart KA100 sul circuito Geelong Karting club, un X30 sulla pista di PF International e del Victoria Go Kart. A quanto pare l'annuncio della release 1 di Kart Racing Pro non è passato inosservato...
