If the waiting time for the race session is long enough to do a lap, you can drive to the grid to warm up your tires. This is really quite cool. A lap on Newbury takes about a minute. If you leave the pitlane with 2 minutes to go, you have enough time to drive a lap and take your position on the grid. The cool thing is that if you aren't on your grid position in time, nKP will automatically put you there when there's 20 seconds left until the red lights. kunos Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 mah... credo che l'osservazione dei tester sulla stabilita' in frenata dipenda semplicemente da 3 mesi (anni per gli utenti della v1.0) passati a domare un posteriore ballerino su ogni scalata... e' normale che nella prima settimana di test la prima reazione sia "oh.. com'e' facile".. con il senno di poi forse, provando la 1.0.2 fra 6 mesi diremo tutti "ma come facevo a frenare sta cosa?". Poi c'e' da considerare il fatto che una gara di test non e' mai una gara di campionato e spesso ci si affida a setup "stabili" sul brake bias che, con il cambio piu' "gentile", puo' essere spostato piu' dietro mantenendo un ottimo livello di stabilita'. Luca Pizzico a Modena si era proprio lamentato del fatto che.. parole sue che magari confermera' qui.. "sulla 2000 vera si scalare le marcie in maniera folle senza che la macchina si smuova.. " per rispondere alle altre domande che ho visto.. si, i danni al motore ci sono ancora.. quello che trae in inganno nel video, come ha fatto notare oppolo, e' che le luci della cambiata sulla Target si accendono MOLTO prima del limitatore. quindi luci che blinkano non significa limi attivo.
