Io ho lo spotter su Windows 7 x64 funziona benissimo, basta eseguirlo come amministratore... installato tutto, mi appare questo messaggio (in allegato) all'apertura di "spotterconfig" poi il campo per scegliere la lingua e il profilo sono vuoti..
