We’ve been spending a lot of time listening to the feedback you’ve been giving us – so thank you to all of you who’ve sent us your race videos, tweets, and messages in to us. The vast majority of you have taken the time to provide us with thorough, extremely useful feedback – and we’ve appreciated it no end. Which leads us perfectly onto the following…
Patch 1.13
First up for you today is the news that we have a new patch coming to F1 2017! Patch 1.13 is aimed at improving the multiplayer experience, and will be coming to all platforms shortly. You can find the patch notes below:
- Fixed bug where the AI pits every lap after multiple weather transitions
- Fixed bug where players will spawn on top of each other on the grid if posting the same time in an online qualifying session
- Reduced chance of collision occurring when cars intersect due to network latency
Looking forward to the future, the F1 team here at Codemasters have been working on the newest project. We can’t wait to share with you what’s being worked on – but in the meantime, we’ve some other news and opportunities we’d like to share with you…
Beta Programme
For the past couple of years, we’ve run our successful beta testing programmes, and every time we’re excited by the incredibly detailed feedback you give us.
