Today, 1602 days after its first ever release, the Formula Hybrid 2017 gets a fresh new update for free as a thank you for the support of our work over the years.

The Formula Hybrid 2017 is now at version 4 which sticks to one vehicle with an all around improved visual appeal and enhancements to align it to 2021 standards. Some good news is the driving sensation is exactly the same. Even better is previously made liveries will still work.

Formula RSS Supreme for Assetto Corsa by Race Sim Studio, coming soon!

Il modding team Race Sim Studio ha annunciato con un promo video il prossimo arrivo per Assetto Corsa della nuova monoposto denominata Formula RSS Supreme. Dietro al solito nome di fantasia, si cela in realtà la vettura Super Formula Series che corre in Giappone nell'omonimo e seguitissimo campionato.

La Super Formula, ufficialmente Japanese Championship Super Formula, è una serie automobilistica per vetture monoposto con base in Giappone. La serie ha preso il nome attuale dal 2013, ma è attiva dal 1973 come campionati giapponesi di Formula 2000, poi Formula 2, Formula 3000, e, infine, Formula Nippon; i regolamenti tecnici sono stati quasi sempre equivalenti a quelli "internazionali" sanciti dalla FIA, con alcune eccezioni.

A partire dal 2013 la categoria è chiamata Super Formula (abbreviata in SF). La Japan Race Promotion Inc., organizzatrice del campionato, intende così elevare il rango della categoria, per avvicinarlo alla Formula 1 e alla IndyCar Series. Dal 2014 al 2019 la categoria ha utilizzato una nuova vettura, denominata SF14, costruita dall'italiana Dallara. Quest'ultima è stata sostituita dalla SF19, a partire dalla suddetta stagione, la vettura è stata anch'essa prodotta dalla Dallara.

Il 17 agosto 2019, nel corso di un weekend di gara al Twin Ring Motegi è stato annunciato che, dalla stagione 2020, il Campionato giapponese di Formula 3 verrà ribattezzato Super Formula Light (SFL), al fine di stringere i legami tra questa categoria e le due più importanti categorie motoristiche del Giappone, la Super Formula e la Super GT Series.

Hailed from the top tier of Japanese Formula racing, the Formula RSS Supreme currently sits just behind Formula Hybrid levels of track performance in the real and sim racing world, with outstanding cornering speeds and a powerful 543 hp single-turbocharged engine, which is also equipped with a Push to Pass (P2P) system to enhance overtaking.

The car has been created with very high attention to detail with more features than we can list. Some of these include animated front and rear wings, and even brake duct tapes which are linked to the wing settings, adding further subtle touches to the look of the car.
