bhè con il plugin che si interfaccia con l'oculus supporta praticamente tutto..... http://osvr.github.io/using/ qui c'è una lista dei vari plugin e supporta anche l'eye tracking

Quindi ha un display 4k?

mh....io leggo Full HD per ciascuna lente a 60hz , e soprattutto display intercambiabile (che se vuol dire quello che penso ...)

scrivo 2 righe giusto per chi non sapesse chi/cosa/come funziona l'OpenSource

 

OSVR non è un sistema prioritario di qualche azienda, ma è del "popolo", Razer in questo caso si è impegnata e s'impegna a distribuire i kit di sviluppo (Hacker Development Kit) ma queste sono soltanto configurazioni "base" ed è qui che entra in gioco l'OpenSource.

 

Se "Tizio" trova un display alternativo che (per es.) costa meno o che (sempre per es.) ha una risoluzione migliore, refresh rate migliore ecc. basta togliere quello attuale, inserire quello nuovo e modificare qualche riga di codice.

 

Un'esempio lampante dell'OpenSource sono le stampanti 3d, io per esempio ho una 3dRag (Velleman k8200) alla quale ho apportato diverse modifiche (asse Z, Piano Riscaldato, Estrusore, Autobed Leveling ecc) perchè potevo lavorare sul codice di programmazione che è appunto OpenSource.

Quindi bisognerebbe indagare se il display sony, ammesso di riuscire a trovarlo nudo e crudo sul mercato, è possibile cablarlo/montarlo sull'osvr
