Grazie alla Comunità, i giocatori possono creare club e lobby nelle quali ritrovarsi, organizzare eventi di gara per i membri dei propri club e molto altro ancora. È possibile realizzare club privati o pubblici, cercare i club più popolari e comunicare con i membri dei club, il tutto mentre si gareggia online.La "SUBARU VIZIV GT Vision Gran Turismo" è disponibile per Gran Turismo 6, esclusiva per PlayStation 3, come parte dell'aggiornamento 1.14. L'auto, che riesce a spingersi oltre l'odierna concezione automobilistica, comparirà nel gioco "Gran Turismo 6", in esclusiva per PlayStation®3, nell'ambito di un aggiornamento previsto per la stagione delle feste.
