Guest Uff Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 We're planning to keep the player car and especially the cockpit to this detail level on track using DX11 tessellation. Not sure how it's going to run yet though, lot's of optimisation work to be done over the first 6 months or so of development. The investors can enjoy the ride from the start though.For non DX 11 machines we have a LOD that's about twice what we had in Shift 2 but with much more material and shader detail. I think a reasonable 4 core (i7) type processor with a GTX470 or equivalent should do the trick. Non so se hai presente che poi, tanto per fare degli esempi, devi inserire piste ed auto fatte da modders, versioni in HD, NAP, NAW, ottimizzazione del FFB, delle cam, ecc...... e non so se hai presente cosa devi fare per rendere godibili (a livello di simulazione/realismo) i nuovi titoli NFS?Sono uno dei maggiori estimatori del Power&Glory, ma il merito non Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

E per chi viene come me da GPL, se qualcuno facesse un simulatore "moderno" con le caratteristiche dello stesso GPL, darei l'acconto in anticipo! Spero tanto che questo progetto possa progredire!
