Io ho un AMD Athlon 2.4, 128MB Ram,scheda GF da 64 Giro con risoluzione 800x600 Liv. grafico "o" tutti i dettagli sull' alto, solo auto negli specchietti, risoluzione Media bit e mi gira sul 24 Chi sa dirmi cosa cambiare per migliorare il livello frame con la minima spesa? Basterebbe un pò di ram o devo perforza cambiare la scheda video e se si quale?

Basterebbe un pò di ram o devo perforza cambiare la scheda video e se si quale? Bah, sinceramente non saprei, dovresti essere più preciso sulla tua configurazione hardware (che GF hai?) e sui settaggi che utilizzi all'interno del gioco (hai attivi i Maxischermi? L'illuminazione dinamica? La mappatura ambientale? L'effetto foschia?). Tanto per farti un'idea io ho un misero P3 866Mhz con 256Mb di Ram ed una GF2 Ultra, gioco a 1024X768X16 con dettaglio medio-alto negli specchietti con l'illuminazione statica, senza mappatura ambientale, senza maxischermi e senza foschia il tutto a 27 fps piuttosto stabili (l'OP alcune volte sale otre il 100% ma solo in caso di gara in condizioni di pioggia). Premetto che il numero di frames che vuoi visualizzare lo scegli tu dal menu delle opzioni grafiche (io ho impostato 25). Con il file f1graphics.cfg che ti posto di seguito, sto tranquillamente a 120 di occupazione in partenza e 70-100 in gara sull'asciutto. Sul bagnato sono su 140-150 in partenza e 110-120 in gara. Io ho un AMD Athlon 2.4, 128MB Ram,scheda GF da 64 Giro con risoluzione 800x600 Liv. grafico "o" tutti i dettagli sull' alto, solo auto negli specchietti, risoluzione Media bit e mi gira sul 24 Chi sa dirmi cosa cambiare per migliorare il livello frame con la minima spesa? Basterebbe un pò di ram o devo perforza cambiare la scheda video e se si quale? Bah, sinceramente non saprei, dovresti essere più preciso sulla tua configurazione hardware (che GF hai?) e sui settaggi che utilizzi all'interno del gioco (hai attivi i Maxischermi? L'illuminazione dinamica? La mappatura ambientale? L'effetto foschia?). Tanto per farti un'idea io ho un misero P3 866Mhz con 256Mb di Ram ed una GF2 Ultra, gioco a 1024X768X16 con dettaglio medio-alto negli specchietti con l'illuminazione statica, senza mappatura ambientale, senza maxischermi e senza foschia il tutto a 27 fps piuttosto stabili (l'OP alcune volte sale otre il 100% ma solo in caso di gara in condizioni di pioggia). Ciao GeForce 4 MX 440-8X (PREMETTO che ho installato la GPX patch ad 183 Mb) Settaggi: dettaglio = 0 risoluz. =800x600 d. replay = 2 min. ATTIVI mappa gps, dati tv, specchietti Avanzati: Geom. auto = alto " circuito = alto texture = medio 16 bit meccanici = alto vis. princip. = tutti gli oggetti " specch. = solo vetture angolo vis. ab. = 0 luci av. = no mappe amb. (spento) = statiche bump mapp. = no riflessi = alto ombre = alto A cosa si riferiscono le texture, ai cartelloni, il pubblico o a che? Vorrei riuscire ad alzarlo, o in generale a sfruttare meglio il gioco. se non altro al momento non è male, ma i frame ne risentono troppo. se hai un parere! grazie :birra:

E' molto più versatile e ci sono opzioni che dal gioco risultano nascoste. Inoltre puoi ottenere risultati migliori (in termini di frames). Edit: non avevo visto la tua ultima risposta

E' molto più versatile e ci sono opzioni che dal gioco risultano nascoste. Inoltre puoi ottenere risultati migliori (in termini di frames). Edit: non avevo visto la tua ultima risposta e però sono un pò una zappa in queste cose, come faccio a cambiare i valori? Direttamente dal blocco note?

Io le tengo così perchè altrimenti ho problemi (mi torna al desktop), se tu non hai problemi puoi sempre provare. L'angolo visuale abitacolo sarebbe il FOV, modificandolo puoi variare l'angolo di visione. Come effetto immediato ti sembrerà di essere più vicino (o lontano, a seconda di come lo setti) dal volante. Le luci avanzate sono un'opzione dell' Advanced Car Shader, migliorano notevolmente la qualità delle ombre (peggiorano però le performance). La mappatura ambientale (o Cube Environmental Mapping) serve per i riflessi realistici sulle vetture. La qualità migliora drasticamente (come anche il calo di performance). Il bump mapping è attivabile solo su schede con pixel shader (dalla GeForce 3 in poi) e migliora la resa grafica dell'asfalto. Io lo tengo disattivato, la differenza si nota poco.
