Guest Uff Posted October 19, 2005 Posted October 19, 2005 Leggete questo sensazionale post preso direttamente da RSC! Link I am Bill Tillman of D3, I am also one of two leaders of the rFactor Round Table. This is the leaders of the Mod teams and established track makers. Our forum is not public so that we can set guidelines without being asked a million questions before we are ready. We also work directly with ISI on this, we will soon open rftracks.org where all tracks will be certified as to standard and reviewed for quality and accuracy. One conversion will be accepted for each track if it has been granted permission by original creators and meets standards. If another track is released scratch built or converted it will be called a challenger and could replace first post if better. Only one track will ever be certified at one time. A question was asked of me today: Questioner: I worry about the general user wanting to learn and get into things, turns modding into black art where no info available. Bill Tillman D3 says: Will not happen, extensive docs will soon be available. ISI is encouraging the MOd community not inhibiting it. Also track converters will be encouraged to become Apprenticed to established track builder for a project, best conversion of the month will be offered apprenticeship. We will also host another site rfmods.org which will be similar format for rFactor mods. As we work out the details we will make posts. Please do not start bombarding us with questions. We will post and update as we have answers.
