Featuring the top fifty finishers from the iRacing Pro Series Oval (iPSO), the NiWC kicks off at Daytona International Speedway featuring the Impala SS COT. Racing in a NASCAR-sanctioned series is not limited to the top iRacing pros. VELOCIPEDE Posted February 24, 2010 Author Posted February 24, 2010 Sandeep Banerjee came from deep in the field and avoided most of the trouble that plagued several contenders at Las Vegas Motor Speedway to take the checkered flag in the second round of the NASCAR iRacing.com Series World Championship (NiSWC). After starting twenty-sixth, Banerjee sustained damage to his car in one of several incident that saw several top contenders eliminated from contention. But a late-race charge with tire smoke billowing from his damaged car took Banerjee past the likes of Jim Caudil, Jr., Thomas Lewandowski, Brad Davies, Richard Towler and Josh Berry into Victory Lane.

The race will be streamed at www.psrtv.com in Silverlight and Windows Media Player. Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the opening round of the NiWCS at Daytona International Speedway, while Sandeep Banerjee took Round Two at Las Vegas Motor Speedway a fortnight ago. The event is the latest step in the ongoing development of iRacing.com
