Added the ability to specify the executable file to use to launch the sim (the executable MUST reside in the NR2k3 folder). This change was made to specifically support the possibility of having a renamed EXE that is modified with the No-CD patch.
Added the ability to clone an existing personality to shorten the time required to create a new one with similar selections.
