Torna ad aggiornarsi il simulatore americano creato da Dave Kaemmer: ieri infatti è stata rilasciata la Patch 3 della build attuale, patch subito seguita da un hotfix di emergenza a causa di alcuni problemi con il caricamento di determinate auto e piste.
Auto
In questa seconda patch il team si è concentrato molto sull'ottimizzazione del LoD (Level of Detail) di moltissime auto del servizio. Tra gli alti aggiornamenti alle auto abbiamo l'aggiornamento del modello della NASCAR Xfinity Ford Mustang per meglio rappresentare la stagione 2020. Le due Supercar Ford Mustang GT e Holden ZB Commodore hanno avuto un aggiornamento del tyre model, in particolare ciò che concerne raffreddamento delle gomme, mescola, rigidità in curva e grip. Aggiornamenti più consistenti per la Dallara Indycar IR18, il raffreddamento del motore è stato aumentato, il Push 2 Pass ora può essere attivato quando l'acceleratore è al di sopra dell'80% di pressione, invece del precedente 90%, ed è disattivato automaticamente quando la pressione scende sotto il 50%. Inoltre la schermata del P2P sul display è stata migliorata in modo da apparire più simile alle altre schermate di Warning. Quando attivato le quattro luci esterne lampeggeranno in verde.
Piste
Per quanto riguarda le piste abbiamo dei miglioramenti alla superficie del Barber Motorsport Park, vari aggiornamenti grafici al Bristol Motor Speedway, è stato sistemato il nome all'interno del sim per l'Hell RX, sistemate le camere al Richmond Raceway.
Hotfix
Ieri sera dopo è stato anche rilasciato in hotfix di emergenza a causa di un problema che riguardava le serie Rallycross che impediva di lanciare una sessione (sia ufficiale che hosted) con i layout da Rallycross. Problema che ha portato alla temporanea sospensione della iRacing Rallycross Series, della Rookie iRacing Rallycross Series e del Rookie Pro 2 Lite Truck Championship. Il problema è stato fortunatamente risolto in tempi molto brevi ed ora il servizio è tornato funzionante in ogni sua parte

- Push 2 Pass screen has been adjusted so it appears more similar to the other warning screens on the display. The four outer lights blink green when Push 2 Pass is active.
