La Season 4 2024 Release Build di iRacing è in arrivo! Questa versione include nuovi contenuti, aggiornamenti e correzioni per la stagione 4 del 2024, che inizierà ufficialmente il 10 settembre alle 00:00 UTC.
iRacing aggiunge quattro nuove auto: BMW M4 G82 GT4, McLaren 720S GT3 EVO [in attesa dell'approvazione finale da parte di McLaren], Mini Stock e Dirt Mini Stock. Sia la Mini Stock che la Dirt Mini Stock sono gratuite per tutti i membri di iRacing! La lista tracciati si allunga con il Cadwell Park Circuit e due piste aggiornate: un aggiornamento completo della nuova scansione del 2024 al Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps e un ampio aggiornamento artistico al Circuit Zolder. Gli attuali proprietari di Spa e Zolder riceveranno automaticamente queste nuove versioni del 2024.
Il sistema meteo di iRacing ha sviluppato un nuovo tipo di meteo Timeline: pioggia a chiazze, che simula forti o deboli rovesci di pioggia sparsi. iRacing ora include anche una nuova capacità di avviare una sessione AI direttamente da una sessione di serie ufficiale [in attesa di test finali]: questo copia tutti i parametri dalla sessione ufficiale programmata e ti porta direttamente in una sessione AI privata. Migliorate le procedure di partenza da fermo e ora i veicoli eseguono un giro di parata simulato, che precondiziona gli pneumatici prima della partenza da fermo, offrendo un'esperienza più realistica. Il modello di frizione iRacing è stato aggiornato con una piccola variazione. Non tutte le frizioni funzionano in modo identico ogni volta e questa modifica garantirà che ogni sessione fornisca a tutti i piloti una minuscola variazione naturale.
Tutti i suoni dell'ambiente iRacing sono stati aggiornati in un nuovo formato audio che riduce le dimensioni del file mantenendo la fedeltà. Per le sessioni di qualificazione solitarie, ora puoi guardare tutti gli altri piloti nel replay. Infine, è stato sviluppato un nuovo algoritmo Multi-Class Official Series Splits che fornirà una migliore diversità di produttori mantenendo al contempo un raggruppamento competitivo ottimale. Questo nuovo algoritmo Distributed Splits verrà implementato in modo selettivo e ci sarà un indicatore per le Series e gli Eventi che lo utilizzano.
Da oggi sono OTTO le auto pronte per la pioggia, tra cui tutte le auto di classe TCR, BMW M4 G82 GT4, McLaren 720S GT3 EVO, Mustang FR500S e Renault Clio R.S. V. I moduli AI Racing sono stati sviluppati e installati per tutti i nuovi contenuti non Dirt. E infine, sono state stabilite quasi 1000 configurazioni di veicoli nuove e aggiornate per un abbinamento ottimale tra auto e pista.

Introducing the BMW M4 G82 GT4, which will be available in next week's Season 4 update!
After two years of substantial success for the original M4 GT4 platform, BMW takes things to the next level with the M4 G82 GT4. Set to debut for the 2025 race season, the updated entry will take over around the world in series from the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge to endurance races at the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
Established in 1934 and taking its current shape in 1961, Lincolnshire, England's Cadwell Park has a long history of hosting both motorcycle and car racing. While its narrow width makes it an infrequent host of four-wheel racing above the club level, its British Superbike event is the premier event in that series, and British Superkart also visits the circuit regularly.
Cadwell Park boasts four layouts: the 2.175-mile Full Circuit, a Moto variant that debuted in 2004 after MotorSport Vision purchased the track, and two shorter Club and Woodlands configurations. The full layout features numerous hills and crests through its 18 turns, with the most famous segment, “The Mountain,” often launching racers into the air as a natural jump.
Circuit Zolder has been completely updated with brand new models, textures, and materials for 2024!
- We have completely overhauled the artwork for Zolder, using the latest and greatest techniques and methods that will bring the look of this track up to our current quality standards. Drivable surfaces remain unchanged.
- Circuit Zolder includes two track configurations, including: Grand Prix and Alternate.
- This 2024 version has completely replaced the existing Circuit Zolder - no action is needed to use this latest and greatest artwork! The older version no longer exists. Existing Replay files will load and run on the new 2024 version.
