Tutti quelli che hanno scaricato e giocato la versione demo del prossimo Colin McRae Rally 3, si saranno accorti dei numerosi bugs e problemi vari presenti, che però la Codemasters ha già annunciato come risolti nella release definitiva del gioco:
Track lighting/shadows support fixed
Track light reflections support fixed in 32 bit display mode
Better frame rate independence for objects
Low bit rate movies for slower machines
Sound effects updated and volume balancing
Steering wheel support updated to directly drive the car wheel angle
Force feedback support updated to include car direction spring force feedback
crash bugs at the start of the game
