Dopo quattordici anni, la stagione di Formula 1 2008 di MAK-Corp ha finalmente visto la luce del giorno, ma non come era stato originariamente pianificato. Inizialmente creata e destinata a rFactor 2, questa griglia di Formula 1 completa ha trovato finalmente la sua strada su Assetto Corsa, grazie al lavoro fatto da Cimmerian_Iter.
Con piena autorizzazione e risorse, Cimmerian_Iter ha finalizzato e colmato tutti i buchi nella griglia e prodotto una delle griglie più complete di auto di Formula 1 di altissima qualità disponibili gratuitamente in Assetto Corsa. Dal team Super Aguri fino alle scuderie McLaren e Ferrari, ogni team ha una fantastica quantità di dettagli. Oltre alle livree, tutte le auto hanno più varianti, con pinne e ali anteriori che si evolvono durante la stagione. Per auto come la BMW Sauber, ci sono quattro diverse varianti dell'auto disponibili per la guida.

You can also bind extraD and extraE key in settings -> control, so that in game you switch between different display mode (fuel, delta, engine and oil temp)
Con le auto che hanno caratteristiche di prestazioni realistiche, l'auto di ogni team si comporterà in modo diverso e richiederà alcune modifiche allo stile di guida; la McLaren, ad esempio, ha molto più sovrasterzo nella sua configurazione di base rispetto alla Super Aguri più lenta e terribilmente affetta da sottosterzo.
