A new racing sim is about to mark new territory. The new racing sim is titled “Rev to Vertex” (R2V). Developed by “Plutonization,” a small development team led by Macau Grand Prix race winner in Hong Kong. R2V is a whole new genre. An RPG story-driven car simulator set in the unexplored hills and streets of Hong Kong.

Immerse yourself into the world of street racing and high-speed battles. Battle through rivals as you rank up to be the top driver in the scene and uncover the secrets of the virtual world.

R2V, unlike any rally or racing circuit game, you don’t win by crossing a finish line. Instead, you engage in touge battle rivaling road racers on the fly. Speed through hill climbs and
street tags. Distance yourself until your tail light vanishes from your opponent to claim victory. R2V’s vast collection of cars and the ability for players to fully mod and customise their vehicles. You will always ride with style and finesse.

The game brings reality into your monitors by taking geospatial data of the road as the most accurate reference, tracing every spec of reality and creating the racing tracks simulating our world. The game explores to give racing fans fresh and exciting tracks. R2V’s maps are currently set in Hong Kong at release and expand across the ocean on future updates.

The development team for R2V created the “Route Twisk” track for Shell Plc on the “Shell Route Twisk Battle 2021.” The team in development for R2V is committed to creating the
most authentic Hong Kong made by Hong Kong. Unveil their fruits of labour in their next project, “Rev to Vertex.” The game will be released on PC via Steam and available through early access. Epic Games Store will follow soon after. More maps and vehicles will be available through DLC and updates.

Thank you for all your concern and support, the Steam launch is finally successful, and the final inspection is underway for everyone to experience.

Due to the lack of experience in using the steam platform for the launch, The team took more time to understand and apply the relevant SDK. Thanks to the platform for clearly pointing out the problem with the upload file so that we can fix the problem with greater precision. This mistake also made us understand the process of updating the program. Similar issues will be avoided for the trial play/BETA/official launch.

The demo will be available for download at 8:00 pm on October 30th. The team is also preparing tutorials for everyone to understand different control settings (Keyboard/controller/and simulators); please pay attention to the official social platform update and STEAM page announcement.

After completing the demo, players can scan the QR code to answer a simple questionnaire to provide us with valuable feedback. The team will give players who complete the questionnaire a specially designed livery playable in the official version to thank all the player's active participation in our project.

The 5 thousand horsepower powerhouse “Devel Sixteen” has officially joined Rev to Vertex (R2V).

The Hong Kong developing racing game Rev to Vertex (R2V) attended the International MotorXpo Hong Kong (IMXHK) 2022. It announced the collaboration with the United Arab Emirates company Devel Motors, introducing the 5 thousand horsepower Devel Sixteen into the world of Rev to Vertex, becoming Devel Sixteen’s first appearance and licenced car into a game. The publishers of R2V, Z-Challengers, invited the president of Devel Motors Mr Majid over from Dubai to Hong Kong for the signing ceremony to kick off the collaboration. Guest appearance of professional racer Mr Darryl O’Young went on and test-drove Devel Sixteen within R2V. He gave his first-hand feedback and commented on the power and speed the car exhilarates. It is difficult for him to properly handle the vehicle when hitting tight corners on mountainous roads. He exclaimed without the G-force feedback like the actual scenarios, It becomes more challenging for him to estimate the car’s immense power.

R2V is tentatively scheduled to be launched in March 2023. The game will first be released on the PC platform, and players can now download it on STEAM.
