Il core business di 3DRap consiste nella prototipazione ed ingegnerizzazione del manufatto a partire dalla semplice idea, tutto per mezzo di macchine a controllo numerico autocostruite; per ulteriori informazioni è possibile visitare il sito di cui sopra.Nel presente post mi piacerebbe proporvi un morsetto di ricambio e vite relativa per volanti Logitech G25-27-29 realizzato da 3DRap attraverso l'uso di stampanti 3D a deposizione di filamento; il componente è un pezzo di ricambio per volanti Logitech.I manufatti sono stati realizzati in seguito alle molteplici richieste pervenute dagli utenti di varie community che sono in possesso di questi volanti; i morsetti in particolare sono tra i componenti più sollecitati del volante e per questo soggetti spesso a rottura; una volta rotto non è possibile trovare un adeguato pezzo di ricambio poiché in effetti non esiste, di conseguenza l'utente è costretto a sostituire l'intero basamento del volante con costi esorbitanti.Pertanto si propone un morsetto di ricambio e\o vite annessa; il morsetto è semplice da sostituire (plug & play) poiché caratterizzato dalle stesse geometrie dell'originale.L'azienda 3DRap garantisce una buona resistenza meccanica dell'oggetto che è stato analizzato con simulazioni numeriche e collaudato nella molteplicità delle condizioni di funzionamento. Se interessati visitare il LINKGrazie mille per l'attenzione!-----------------------ENGLISH-----------------------Hello everybody!I'm Davide Cervone aka elMariachi90, sound designer on racing sims and member of Playerzone team:www.playerzone.itI'd like to introduce you to an interesting project for community; the project consists on the realization and engineerzation of some components and spare parts that no longer exist in the world of racing sims; some of them are strongly desired by users.The project borns thanks to the cooperation between 3DRap Srls company and Playerzone Online racing team:www.3drap.itI'm a member of 3DRap company; we are four junior mechanical engineers; the core is prototyping by means of self released numerical control machines; for more information you can visit the site.In this post I would like to present a clamp with screw for Logitech G25-27-29 steering wheel; it is an accessory engineerized by the 3DRap through the use of 3D printers which use the consolidated filament deposition technology; the component is a spare part for Logitech G25-27-29 steering wheel:The component was made in order to satisfy several requests received by users of various communities which use this steering wheel; since the clamps are high stressed components of the steering wheel they are subject to breakage; the annoing problems claimed by the users is that once one clamp (or either) it's broken it isn't possible to find a spare part since it doesn't exists, so the user is forced to replace the entire steering wheel with exorbitant costs.Therefore we propose a replacement clamp and\or screw, easy to replace (plug & play) since it is characterized by the same geometries of the original one.3DRap company guarantees a good mechanical resistance of the object that was analyzed by numerical simulations and tested under the most severe operating conditions.
