walken
So here is the 2nd car of the 2010 FIA GT1 series for Project CARS - the 2010 Nissan GT-R Nismo GT1, definitely a fan favourite! Designed and produced specifically to compete in the FIA GT1 World Championship, the GT-R NISMO GT1 is based on the road-going version of the Nissan GT-R and was the only car to have ever been constructed implicitly to the GT1 technical regulations. The GT-R NISMO GT1 is powered by a NISMO race-prepped VK56DE, a naturally aspirated V8 engine that displaces 5,552 cc. It measures 80.3 inches in width, 186.2 inches in length, and has a wheelbase of 109.4 inches. Only 4 more cars to go until the series is complete! Also, our Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 R-SV GT1 mod has been updated to fix some tire issues in the rain, so download the new version of that too! VELOCIPEDE
So we already have a scratch-made fictional Citroen Le Mans racer on this site, but here we have another that we are gonna use as a art project in Project CARS, which won't be released unless people want to pay for it or we receive lots of donations. The car is a Le Mans Prototype/FIA GT race car based off the GT by Citroen concept, with inspiration from the racing version found in Gran Turismo. Model is provided by our friend at our partners Autoprophets who goes by Autoprophet-Eimmy who kindly has given us his incredible design. We will be importing this very high poly model into pCARS as an experiment to see just how incredible we can get this game to look. Our friend at ZNR Automotive Renderings has created some awesome renders of the car for you to drool over:
VELOCIPEDE

So all the 2010 GT1 race cars have received an update to them. So instead of releasing them all separately, we have now put them all in a single download pack so you can activate it as one mod. The other cars will be added and the current ones will be updated, but you only have to worry about one download. Updates that are included in the pack: - Fixed tire textuer bug on all cars - New chassis overhaul for all cars - Fixed tread on tires in the rain not having rain drops on Nissan and Lambo - Various texture updates and physics tweaks Next update will include AO for all the cars so that they truly pop like the cars in the standard game, so make sure you check that out when it's released! The other 3 cars are on their way too, with the Corvette and DBR9 now in alpha stage of development.
