How to qualify

Round 1 - Beginning March 15, 2016, race online in the iRacing European MX-5 Cup Series. The top 20 finishers in this 12-week series earn an invitation to compete in a one race shootout that will be broadcast on iRacingLive.

Round 2 - Top 20 season finishers will compete in a one race final for the opportunity to go to Barcelona, Spain, where they will get to test the real world Global Mazda MX-5 Cup car on track. Only the top three from the online final will be invited.

Round 3 - Mazda Motor Europe will evaluate the top three iRacing drivers and select one to move on to the 2016 Mazda Global MX-5 Cup Final at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in California, USA.
