2012 layout of the TT Circuit Assen, The Netherlands. As raced on during track days.

V0.7 is out now! The video isn't that great, so just drive it yourself.

V0.7 changelog:
- Reworked a lot of textures and materials. Most of them are still a WIP
- 3D grass
- North loop layout added
- Ideal lines added
- Grooves
- Fixed TV cameras
- Added spectator cameras
- Bumpier physics mesh
- Fixed grid positions
- Fixed i3 position
- Added trackside objects (speakers, advertisment stands, light poles, entrance gates)
- Loads of minor fixes (position of dirt paths, concrete slabs, kerb length on some corners, tirewall height Stekkenwal, tirewall position Ramshoek, tirewall pit entry, position of TT logo Ruskenhoek, etc)
- Fixed rain gutter position Ruskenhoek
- Added barriers at Ruskenhoek
- Fixed pitwall height at pit exit

Known issues:
- At Stekkenwal, a few trees are skewed

Guidata con la tastiera, la McLaren sembra avere il Parkinson :asd:

 

Tra l'altro grazie al tuo video ho deciso per ora di non scaricare e installare la pista, ancora troppo acerba.

ahah grazie cyber,  si senza panorama e altimetrie un po' scialba.. ma siamo ancora alle prime versioni :)  spero che qualcubo faccia il vecchio layout,  che adoro

Sono d'accordo, era stupendo, hanno rovinato l'università della moto in nome della sicurezza, ma tutta questa insicurezza secondo me non c'era, gli spazi di fuga erano cmq ampi.

 

Io ci ho guidato con GP500 della Microprose ed era uno spasso  :asd:

 

Cmq aspetto gli ulteriori sviluppi di questa Assen che non può mancare nella mia cartella Tracks

piu che per la sicurezza l'han fatto per aggiungere qualche tribuna, che tristezza...

2012 MotoGP Layout of the TT Circuit Assen, The Netherlands.

Nowhere near the quality I'm after though.

Changelog:
- Start/finish structure with working start lights (red for ready, red lights out for go - as in real life);
- Fixed 34 grid places (was 32);
- Several LODs (barriers, high poly objects, tires);
- Corner markers, both on a sign and painted on the grass;
- Added rain gutters along the track;
- Added scenery (electricity masts, tree lines, more placeholder structures);
- Fixed soundfx for steel kerbs (needs minor tweaking); (not working since AC1.0)
- Changed hotlap starting position a few corners backwards;
- Added track side objects for the car layout;
- Added physics objects (red tires);
- Added painted motorcycle grid places;
- Added the sections.ini to show corner/section names;
- Improved several textures (kerbs, asphalt, barriers, etc - not final);
- Improved the trees (not final);
- Improved placement of the kerbs, turned out I missed a few spots;
- Added fences along the track (not final);
- Added seats along the stands (not final);
- Began work on the grand stand (not final obviously);
- Added orange/green 'kerbs';
- Several transition textures (grass to sand, etc);
- Corrected split positions;
- Improved guardrails with LODs;
- Added heli camera's and fixed exsisting ones (thanks again @Flashcrow!);
- Added land fill in between the track and scenery (not final).

Known issues:
- SFX on steel objects not working since AC1.0;
- Obvious temporary texture mapping.

Car layout is planned as well. Might, perhaps, do the 2005 layout if the demand is high enough.
