VELOCIPEDE Posted May 7, 2014 Author Share Posted May 7, 2014 Codemasters ci aggiorna oggi relativamente al sistema di danneggiamento presente in GRID: Autosport: le vetture subiranno danni al cambio nel caso in cui il sistema venga utilizzato male, scalando o cambiando marcia nel momento meno opportuno. Alla lunga, le marce tenderanno a non entrare. Lo stesso discorso varrà anche per i freni, che se eccessivamente stimolati si consumeranno in fretta. Per quanto concerne le collisioni, ogni impatto si ripercuoterà sulle gomme (che potranno, in determinati casi, bucarsi o scoppiare), sulle sospensioni e sul motore, in quest'ultimo caso andando a influire singolarmente sul radiatore, sul turbo, sugli scarichi e sugli stessi pistoni. I filmati mostrano una corsa di classe Touring Car, una Street Race con ambientazione urbana e un evento con auto Open Wheel in quel di Jarama, circuito che fa il suo ritorno nella serie videoludica a distanza di diversi anni. So, at the top of the ‘GRID Autosport’ ideas list we had when we were coming up with the game was TOURING CARS. And yes, that’s right, we broke out the CAPS. We don’t usually like to shout, but it seemed appropriate. So Touring Cars gets a whole discipline experience in GRID Autosport, with different series that sit underneath it. One of the central design ideas about taking a multi-disicplinary approach was to give us the opportunity to really invest in making each experience really authentic, to reflect the different specifics, demands and challenges that makes each so unique and exciting for the drivers and the fans. So what can you expect from our Touring racing experience? Large grid sizes (up 16 cars offline, 12 players online) Aggressive AI that won’t be afraid to attack or protect the racing line Cars of similar or pre-defined specification Multiple round races Practice and Qualifying Races held at day Loads of trading paint! It’s something we’ve invested a huge amount of time in and we think you’ll get a lot out of it. We want you to have a similar long-game experience as in some of the best online shooters where you’re always progressing, upgrading and building up your experience. But of course, we also have a range of different jump in and race events and options too, whilst RaceNet extends the experience as ever. We’ve listened to a lot of feedback from GRID 2 and we’ve brought in a few new ideas of our own. What we have, without doubt, is the largest and most rewarding online game in a GRID experience yet. However, the structure is similar to what you will find throughout the rest of the game – five Disciplines of racing, each providing a distinct experience, but now with the added challenge of going wheel-to-wheel with other players from around the world. There are a lot of features that we are excited to tell you about, like Playlists, Custom Cups, RaceNet Challenge and many more, but for the moment we’d like to focus on two important cornerstones that set the scene for the whole of GRID Autosport’s Multiplayer experience – the cars, and the racing.
