in netKar-Pro the FOV is part of the setup of each car.

When you are into the box, go to the tab "view" and set the FOV.

You can then save your setup.

To have the last used setup loaded when you launch the sim, open the file C:/Program Files/nkpro13/cfg/nkpro.ini with a text editor.

AFAIK it is not possible to set the FOV permanently.
