Installing NkPro on Windows 2000 Server

hi, i have a server setup with Windows 2000 Server SP4 and when i try to open nkserver.exe i get an error:

nkserver.exe is not a valid win32 application

and it won't start

what do i need to make it work? it says in the requirementes:

a 100% Windows 2000/XP compatible computer system

Microsoft .NET 1.1 Runtime (download and install it from here)

the latest updates are using Visual Studio 2010 compiler that, sadly doesn't support the Windows 2000 series.

we should update the minimum requirements.

and for AC server side, is it only windows 7 compatible or maybe windows Xp is ok to setup a dedicated server? (sorry for the offtopic)
