The race takes place on the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road (toll). Formerly a round of the European Hill Climb Championship, the event today Gleichmässigkeitsprüfung for vintage and classic cars. Start is at the exit Bad Mitterndorf, goes from there it is 9 km, with an average gradient of 8% and ca.6m road width up to Tauplitzalm.

The track is the one that has driven the 2011th The most notable change from previous years is that,

The track was rebuilt after numerous pictures and videos, personal experience and using modern GPS data.
