unrealistic lap times with big fuel load?

hello everybody

Im racing at netkar for about two months, in spa 2001 layout track my best time for now with the ks2 is just 1:54:300 with about 20 litres of fuel.

the amazing thing is that yesterday i made a time of 1:54:700 but with more than 100 kg of fuel because i had charged the fuel tank to the top and that was just my third lap, in fact it was my best lap of the day.

watching the telemetry later i realized that in thast lap i used the gass pedal in a diferent way that in the rest of laps, so it was my best lap ever but that good? 100 litres of fuel are supossed to make you about 4 second/lap slower with a real car. even more taking in mind the 7 km long spa circuit, so if mathematics are right i could had breaking the lap record for that circuit. of course i cant believe it . i think is a bug of the game or something like this. wath do you people thing?

i also found this,and especially in a championship where i was practising a lot about 2 weeks and i could make fast times in race with much fuel...

But i never could do my "qual" time or better..well i guess it was cause of tyres..tyres have wear so..

But yes i agree that fuel doesnt play much a role...it plays for sure but not so much.I dont know maybe its just me
