The BTCC race calendar is

2-3 April Brands Hatch, Kent (Indy circuit)

16-17 April Donington Park, Leicestershire

30 April-1 May Thruxton, Hampshire

4-5 June Oulton Park, Cheshire (Island layout)

18-19 June Croft, North Yorkshire

6-7 August Snetterton, Norfolk (watch out for the AI before the final chicane in that bad braking zone)

3-4 September Knockhill, Fife (test the AI here before you try to race it)

17-18 September Rockingham, Northamptonshire (I don't know how accurate the Super Sports layout is....)

1-2 October Brands Hatch, Kent (GP Circuit)

15-16 October Silverstone, Northamptonshire

Race length is by laps, but the time of each race is about 25 minutes. Up to 3 laps can be added to the race for the safety car.

The race series format is 3 races per weekend. They qualify for the first race. Second race starts in the same order the 1st race finished. 3rd race is reverse grid BUT the number of spots that are reversed is between 6 and 10, with a random lottery type pick (lotto balls picked by a celebrity of some sort) determining how many are reversed.

they use a complicated success ballast system. I'm not even going to begin to explain it (not that I can figure it out anyway!)

1st: 20 points 6th: 10 points 11th: 5 points

2nd: 17 points 7th: 9 points 12th: 4 points

3rd: 15 points 8th: 8 points 13th: 3 points

4th: 13 points 9th: 7 points 14th: 2 points

5th: 11 points 10th: 6 points 15th: 1 point

+ 1 additional point will be awarded to the driver who starts on Pole Position for the first race of each meeting.

+ 1 additional point will be awarded to the driver setting the Fastest Lap in each race. If two or more drivers achieve the same fastest lap time each will be awarded one point.

+ 1 additional point will be awarded to each driver who is classified as the race leader (on crossing the start-finish line) during each race. Only one point is awarded to each driver who has led each race, irrespective of how many times that driver has led that race.

There is an independents trophy as well.

Something wrong with the first part of the file.
