Groove for 1990 Phoenix

Yes, I know it would probably be unrealistic because Phoenix was a temporary course and a groove may never have worn in... but is there a way to get a groove to appear or are there alternate AIW files that will make the grove present itself? Thanks in advance!

Figured out how to make it on my own. the ISI AIW and CAM develoment tool is not so good but there are others that really do the job well. Not entirely happy with the result because i am uncertain as to the exact start and stop of braking zones but the ISI tool got me started and I used another app to fine tune it.
