Two weeks ago, Slightly Mad Studios announced that their WMD-powered Project CARS title will include three fully licensed Caterham sports cars.

Today, we give you a first peek at the Caterham R500 Superlight, the first of the Caterham bunch to become available for all our team members to try.

As usual, our development team is not cutting any corners when creating the virtual versions of these magnificent machines, modeling every single nut and bolt for a maximum of realism and authenticity.

You can feast your eyes on some stunning details of the R500 Superlight below, the car will soon be available to drive in Project CARS.

Want to see much more development previews like that of every car & track that is being created for Project CARS? Then join WMD and become a team member as all members get to follow the development of Project CARS up close and interact with the developers in our forum.

Needless to say, members are also the first ones to experience the new content as regular development builds give you access to the newest cars and tracks as soon as they´re ready for action.
