Imagine that in 2009, when SRO announced their plans to change the FIA GT championship into the 2010 FIA GT1 World Championship, the majority of team racing in the series would not have accepted those changes...

Let's say they was a big clash between SRO and the teams, and the teams had decided to pull away from SRO and form a new series keeping the old GT class system...

- With a GT1 class featuring Corvettes, Maseratis, Astons, Lamborghinis, Saleens, Audis and Fords !

- A GT2 class, featuring BMW, Aston, Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Audi and Jaguar !

- Many popular teams skinned by talented skinners like Daniel24919 , (lSd)Phrantic77 and stephan gog

A complete overhaul of the physics, and some cosmetic updates on some cars, to make the classes very balanced and intended for online league play !

This release is a far along beta of the GT2 class, where we soon will start a small online league for on TRM and intended as a teaser for our final release of the GT1 class and final GT2 updates.

Some final updates for the GT2 class will be on the Aston DB8, namely :

-Remapped Exhaust tips

-Made new mesh and texture for front and lower grill

-Insert and edit shifter from Shift db9r

-Insert other center dash controls

-Make rev lights on steering wheel work

-Add low fuel lights

-Move rev limiter lights on motec and edited texture

-Remap dash area around motec

-Make GT2 side vents for small side windows and map

-Make vent tubing leading into the trunk and map

-Make divider for cockpit and trunk area and map

-Delete some areas of the cockpit view mesh you wouldn't see from inside the car to reduce fps

-Seperate wing from all lod's

-Edit all lod's (A,B,C) to show new updates. new mapping and parts.

-Make rear view monitor and map. Center part taken from Seat cupra GT. Made the surround.

-Edit template for new parts

-Edit exterior view textures for cockpit to show new parts and motec. Got rid of stock looking interior

As this is still a beta, the mod will atm only work on high settings (but come on, you guys can run GTR2 on high setting yeah )
