In celebration of the final major international sports car race of the season, iRacing.com is staging its Petit Le Mans Presented by NVIDIA on Sunday, October 2 beginning at 16:00 GMT (12:00 noon ET). The event features three of iRacing’s fastest sports cars – the HPD ARX-01C, Corvette C6R and Ford GT – in a 90 minute race on a virtual version of the 12 turn, 2.54 mile Road Atlanta circuit that will host the American Le Mans Series’ Petit Le Mans this weekend.

Practice and qualifying for the Petit Le Mans Presented by NVIDIA commences on Friday, September 30 at 00:30 GMT, with racing grids of 40 cars apiece determined by iRating.

The top three drivers in each class of car in each racing grid will be reported on the iRacing member’s page, and receive a completion certificate. The highest finishing HPD ARX-01c, Corvette and Ford GT from the top split will be invited to have their racecar photographed in-sim and that image will be used on all of the certificates for this event. In addition, three drivers chosen at random will win an NVIDIA t-shirt, mouse pad and monitor cleaning cloths, together with an iRacing t-shirt, decal and lanyard and $50 of iRacing credits.
