License contradiction on the 'Buy' page

Hi, I wanted to buy a license but the website is confusing me. One sentence says: ...'a license includes 1 year of technical support and software updates.'

A couple of sentences below it says: 'Even in case you buy a beta version of netKar PRO, all the next updates and releases are free of charge.'

So, are all future updates and releases free of charge or only for a year?
