Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel keypad

hi, i would like to know if there´s a way to use the DFGT joypad on the left of the wheel (POV hat), i´ve never been able to use it since it's not supported within the sim. but it´s a practical way to select left and right view, and there are not other buttons comfortable to assign in that wheel for that purpose.

the ffb is great with that wheel, but that´s the only thing missing, to get the pad working, maybe there´s an external way to fix it.

I have the same wheel and have never been able to map anything to it except for what you get in the wheel setup (brake bias) etc. It would be nice to be able to use one of the many, many buttons on this wheel to clear the visor, for example.
