Porsche entries in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1966 for P&G V2.1

For Le Mans 1966, Porsche is present with no less then 6 906. Among them, 5 works cars and one private entry.

Three of the works cars are 906Ps, equipped with Longtails and fuelinjected Engines and entered in the

Prototype under 2 Liter class. The other two works cars are standard 906S with the carburetor engine

and without Longtails. They are entered in the sportscar under 2 Liter class.

The last 906 is a private entry by the French Porsche Importer Auguste Veuillet. It is also a standard 906S and

entered in the sportscar under 2Liter class.
