Avus 1967 GTL V1.01

Eric B. & Oversteer created the legendary Avus 1967 for GPL.

Jimi-46 did a fantastic job in not only converting this version to GTR2

but moving it to the current standards.

Since I love the Avus from the old DTM days I asked Eric B.

for permission to convert his version to GTL and he kindly agreed.

Meanwhile Jimi-46 released his amazing version, so my GPL-GTR2 conversion became senseless.

I asked Jimi-46 if I'm allowed to "downgrade" his GTR2 version to GTL and he kindly agreed.

WHAT WIKIPEDA MENTIONES ABOUT

The Automobil-Verkehrs- und Übungs-Straße, better known as AVUS, was a motor racing circuit

on the south-western outskirts of Berlin, Germany, between Charlottenburg and Nikolassee.

Nowadays, it is an important part of the public highway system, as Autobahn A 115.

While normal for a road, it is unusually shaped for a race track as it is essentially just

two long straights in the form of a dual carriageway, with a hairpin corner at each end.
