Hello,

I just got netkar pro and have major graphic problems.

walls, buildings and trees are disappearing and reappearing. I had no problems in Ferrari virtual academy.

I have a HD 5850 in eyefinity mode 5760x1080.

Can anyone help?

I have exactly same problem when trying to play on 5760x1080 and i have between 70 and 90 fps (its not a problem of framerate) with 2xSSAA +16 AF.

in some tracks are so disgusting and unable to drive..

if i lower to 1 screen only changing resolution to 1920x1080 all goes perfect..no more things disappering, but is no the same as playing at 5760x1080..

in one forum read that setting very low the fov solve a little the problem, i will look that this afternoon, the strange is that Iracing and LFS are running great at 5760x1080 without any issue.

My Pc.

Intel D820

3 Gigas Ram DDR2

Sapphire HD6850 1Gb

Windows 7 Pro 32 bits.

Catalist 11.2

Anyone knows if Kunos will work on that???.

Or anyone is running Eyefinity 5760x1080 correctly??? wich settings using??.

Best regards Clock.

Ok, trying to lower fov starts to work perfect again...

with fov 48 on Mugello with Osella, goes perfect no more objects (tries) dissappearing and reappering..Depends on the track you will have to lower or could upper the fov 48 is a reference for me..

It's a lame that normally i like to play with a fov near to 60 to 64 because i think is the more real...

What are you guys think that are the best view fov???

I hope that kunos work on that.

Best regards Clock.

60 with triple screen???

you're a chameleon

I think that if you have a 1,5 meter screen (50 cm each one), you should have to stay at 75cm far with a fov of 30

I have only 3 screens of 21.5" benq G2222HDL

but i wanna to try to see the game as i seen in reality, with a close fov, is imposible seeing the cockpit whell and tacometer,(i put the pilot the most rear position and little down) and still unable to see rpm and gear in some cars,

I try that the center display looks exactly the same as i play with only 1 screens, with the adition of the 2 lateral screens to have more sightseeing on laterals.

In LFS i use a fov of 70 with 3 screens..

What fov are you using???.

There is a rule to calculate FOV that is "mathematically correct" and is: FOV = arctan( HM*0.5 / DM) *2

HM = height of the monitor screen, DM = distance between our eyes to the screen, both expressed in meters.

the problem of using a 'real' fov is that you can not see all the cockpit, because even if you use 3 monitors you have height 'restrictions'

For me a real fov is near to 60 in netkar..And for now i'm unable to use it, i hope that kunos work on that (now i'm using 90 or 95 in LFS and is working great and the inmersion is brutal, and could see cars well on right and left monitors, that are riding side by side on turns...)

I play at a distance from my head to the displays of 60 cm. (3 monitors x 21.5").

i'm using a fov between 44 and 50 in netkar to solve the related problem, but inmersion is not as great as having 60 fov (and is so much more dificult to see cars that are riding side to side, i dont use the buttons to see left and right due that increase so much the related problem).

FOV-preference set aside, this is still an issue! I have 3 screens with an overall resolution of 3840x1024 and I have this problem as well. Never came across it in any other sim so I guess it´s nk`s graphics engine.

Any dev input on this???

exactly, what problem you're talking!?

with this latest version kunos has fixed the graphic problems that plagued that used 3 graphics monitor with FOV values "inadequate"... now total horizontal FOV is set to not exceed 160 degrees in total.

The main problem is this I think: FOV does not change depending on the person, a value of 60 is not realistic at all, it doesn't matter with what sim you are driving. With a triple screen you should set to 30 if you want a realistic FOV, even if this might cause some elements to be hidden.
