albim75 Posted November 28, 2010 Author Share Posted November 28, 2010 (edited) faccio una considerazione sulla situazione dei Simbin a livello di bilanci del 2009 bisogna tenere conto di: 1-crisi economica 2-RACE PRO (che non ha venduto tanto) e RACE ON (rilasciato per PC) 3-costi di sviluppo per l'engine LIZARD detto ciò posso immaginare che quelli del 2010 confermeranno il trend negativo visto che non ha visto l'uscita di giochi effetivamente acquistabili (realtime racing, raceroom the game) mentre i costi di sviluppo del nuovo engine e le licenze acquisite incideranno pesantemente nel 2010. essndo Simbin posseduta al : Henrik Roos 41,8% Klaus Wohlfarth 31,7% Johan Roos 11,3% Peter Wallenberg Jr. 8,0% Jamal Laraqui 3,6% Marcus Bodin 2,4% Magnus Ling 1,3% e aggiornando con i dati del 2010 avremo Wallenberg uscire dall'azionariato e Klaus Wohlfarth possedere il 39,7% (divendendo il secondo maggiore azionista). adesso una considerazione qualitativa.......i Simbin sono stati criticati negli ultimi tempi di usare ancora il vecchio e rindondante GMOTOR 2 ma se teniamo conto dell'effettiva dimensione della compagnia........HANNO FATTO BENE. concentrare gli sforzi(economici) sul nuovo ENGINE e farlo debuttare su GTR 3 è la migliore mossa da fare perchè: 1-sviluppi un engine next-generation quindi hai la possibilità di vendere il proprio prodotto su 3 piattaforme 2-si punta sul brand più forte rilanciando l'immagine della compagnia 3-ti allontani dalla realtà di RFACTOR fatta di trasposizioni illegali di piste e vetture SIMBIN su altri giochi, e incentivi i modder al lavorare su GTR 3 che porterà tante features nuove alla serie. una considerazione su Wallenberg(un'uomo con le mani in pasta dapertutto come d'altronde il signor Henrik Roos).......se gli inglesi lo potessero definire con un solo termine lo definirebbero "dickhead". sicuramente il soggetto in questione è uno che non ama perdere i soldi(anche con una crisi che attanagla tutti) e per ripicca pubblica informazioni riservate o erronee che vanno ad incidere pesantemente sugli stakeholder (fornitori,banche, clienti) dei SIMBIN ? questa è poca serietà !!! i SIMBIN puntano tutto su GTR 3 e credo(spero) che torneranno più forti di prima p.s. l'idea di una community unita in RACEROOM ONLINE è giusta e sarà molto utile nel futuro.
