The sense of speed is quite good. There are a couple of little things we'd like to add, but they are very minor. It used to feel very fast in cockpit view but we pulled this in when Anthony Davidson kept telling us it was incredibly unrealistic. So now we're far more accurate, some people will complain it doesn't look like Wipeout Still, for those used to playing things like GT and Forza, the first thing you'll have to get your head around is cornering speeds (especially with aero lending a hand!) and braking distances. The cars are quite brutal when you see what speed you're doing. But again, in reality, you have more time to consider things than you'd imagine. This contributes massively to the actual racing part. If you or I jumped into an F1 car it'd feel as though we were cornering at warp speed. Get used to the car though, or speak to any of the drivers, and they'll tell you they can see people in the crowd when taking some corners! When I bought my second car it had 200bhp. I'd moved up from 90bhp and the first time I floored the throttle I thought I'd never get used to the speed. A few days later and I was ready for the Veyron Edited July 13, 2010 by delpinsky
