netKar PRO - Important Details

After many years of organizing leagues rFactor/GTR2/RACE, we organize the first Brazilian league netKar PRO and I'm feeling really miss:

- 22 seats in multiplayer (2 for TV broadcasts - 20 for pilots);

- penalty for jump start;

- time to supply and concert car (damage) in normal mode;

- information that the pilot did the best lap at the end of the race results screen;

I think especially the first three changes would be important for the growth of netKar PRO, especially in leagues that's who keeps alive a simlator. Sorry for my English.

This should be already available in the latest beta (or in the upcoming fix, as kunos said here): if a car moves before of the green light, it is sent to the pit lane and can only start 10 seconds AFTER the green light.
