VELOCIPEDE
Not a realistic sim = not true. The new physics have been impressing all the journos who have played the game. The physics feel easier due to the simple fact that they feel more similar to real driving, which we all do every day. The additional damage option just allows players to turn off mechanical damage if they like. Most racing games have this already. 8 player online racing. Yep. There's always a push for more, more, more people online (sounds great on paper), and indeed we have up to 24 catered for with our F1 game, but we've found 8 is the magic number for DiRT 2. Our playtesting suggests anything higher is carnage for most racing types.

Guest Max (ITA)
Vero! Oltretutto, con il tempo questi trailer hanno perso di credibilita'. Ricordo i trailer di DIRT (il primo); erano fantastici. Nulla a che vedere con il gioco che, per fortuna, noleggiai invece di comprare

VELOCIPEDE
Today we're delighted to share with you our insightful DiRT2 Studio Tour movie! Introduced by Gavin Raeburn, Senior Executive Producer, the video reveals the tech that will drive Colin McRae: DiRT 2 and how it is enabling the studio to create an off-road racing experience that’s set to be peerless in both scope and delivery. Illustrated by the game’s first ever publicly-released gameplay footage, Gavin and the team begin by demonstrating the new particle physics system and the water technology. DiRT2 Codemasters The video then details how Colin McRae: DiRT 2’s drivers will be able to take their favourite vehicles through multiple racing disciplines, thanks to the new racing ‘packs’ that will enable players to customise their vehicle depending on the type of race they’re competing in. Gavin also discusses the specifics of the new handling system and how players will be doing the ‘Scandinavian Flick’ like Ken Block in no time. Wrapping up the video, a demonstration of the game’s dynamic lighting system shows how its effects will bring locations alive as players throw top-spec, supercharged cars around the likes of London’s iconic Battersea Power Station. Coming this September for the Xbox
