[GPL] VROC racelist and website transfer

As noted before, I've been looking to find someone still active within the GPL community to take over running the VROC racelist and website. The good news is: a new host has been found.

VROC will be run by the same people who also run the Sim Racing Mirror Zone, BCSims and Speedgeezers (thanks Bill!). All data has been transferred and we are currently in the process of making the switch.

Effective pretty much immediately, the VROC website will be available from its new location. You can tell the new site from the old because the homepage has changed completely (in fact, it has changed back to its original appearance from a few years back).

Racelist IP change: Monday, August 25, 10:00 UTC

We plan to make the switch for the racelist after the weekend. For most people, this should be seamless. Some people will have to edit their vroc.ini. Dedicated server admins will most likely have to restart their machines/the GPL server/WinVROC.

What to do?

Your vroc.ini file (found in C:\Program Files\VROC\WinVROC by default) should look like this:

Address=racelist.vroc.net

If you have this, the switch should be automatic (you will need to restart WinVROC if it is running at the time of the change, though). If you don't have racelist.vroc.net in there, I recommend you change it now. The VROC IP program will do this for you.

If racelist.vroc.net doesn't work for you for some reason, you will need to manually enter a new IP address into your vroc.ini file on Monday. I'll post the new IP address at that time.
