Il team iDT ha rilasciato per rFactor la nuova versione 1.2 del suo Open Wheel Racing Mod, che ci permette di simulare il campionato IRL-Champcar americano. Questa nuova release non aggiorna la precedente, si tratta infatti di una versione speciale contenente il carset completo per disputare la recente 500 miglia di Indianapolis vinta da Dixon!

This version is major version 1, minor release .25 and revision .1

***1.25.1 Revsion Information***

time to fix front wing - 15 seconds (down from 50 seconds)

fuel time 6.3 liters/second (1.6 gallons per second)

tire change time - 9 seconds (up from 5.5 seconds)

1.5 seconds to adjust wing angle (front) and 3 seconds to adjust rear angle (driver could not previously change rw angle, now can, as some IRL teams have the ability now)

allow driver to change individual tires, if wanted

***Physics***

fixed "instant" engine blow on configs outside of indy

More tire wear (tires get to the yellows now)

Less cold tire grip penalty

Grip penalty increased for being over temp and having more wear (used to be only 10% grip loss at 90% wear...now is around 20%).
