[WIP] Seat Leon Supercopa MK 2 by NLC Modding Team

Besides our VLN2009-Mod we decided to launch a little side-project. The spectacular races of the Seat Leon Supercopa Cup thrilled us likewise the impressive technique of this FWD-car. So we want to appreciate this action-packed racing-series with a high quality implementation. The focus will be on the german championship of 2009.

At the moment we are developing this mod for rFactor, but maybe it will be released for rFactor2, depending on the release date of ISI's new simulation. Because it´s a so called 'composite-mod', a SimBin-check will be included. Even if there is nearly no poly on its original place, the basic of this model was made by SimBin. Their WTCC-Leon was remodeled and detailed with a lot effort by Rafael1976. To get an idea of the quality, we want to show you two renders of the car.

To take further advantage of the Simbin-Check, we have assigned Baule to make a trackpack for this project, which contains some SimBin-tracks. People who know his work, also know that he isn´t a guy simply converting tracks, he´s making a little piece of art out of them with a lot of enhancements.

For furthermore authenticity Fonsecker and Lumpi will be responsible for the sounds and weischschon will develop the physic based on real-life-data.

Our SEAT Leon Supercopa mod is making good progress. The most skins from the 2009 season of the german championship are almost completed. Now we are looking for talented and motivated painters from the community to add some additional skins. The liveries have to be from real SEAT Leon Supercopas from any championship or season. The VL team, known for their skin packs such as MINI Challenge 2009 and Clio Cup Spain 2008 & 2009, are supporting us with the Supercopa project. At first the two spanish painters have implemented their national cup. We thank Vip3rDJ and Lomaken for their great effort and now want to present this first preview of Seat Leon Supercopa Spain 2009:
