Barrel Rolls

This stunt has been modified a bit so the way you take a barrel roll is now made simpler. Hitting a split-ramp automatically sends the car into a roll, so newer players have the chance to perform crazy stunts with their cars, and pushing the right stick now helps you to achieve multiple rolls.

Slotting in soon after the Party pack, Legendary Cars, Toy Cars and Boost Specials, comes another premium pack - Cops and Robbers. This one’s dedicated to bringing you the thrills and spills of cops and robbers car chases in Paradise City.

Feel the adrenaline course through your veins as you take to the road for the first time in Paradise City, where the action is all around you. The white knuckle action explodes as players pull up at any stoplight and spin their wheels to jumpstart the action.

Spectacular bone-crushing crashes and an unparalleled sense of speed will always be a hallmark of Burnout games but Burnout Paradise ups the ante with an all new game design that expands the experience into a deeper, ever more immersive driving dream.

Burnout Paradise delivers an open-world environment built for intense speed, excitement and exploration and sets a new standard in the seamless transition from single-player offline to social online gameplay.

Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box is a special edition release that includes the award-winning Burnout Paradise game, the previously-released Cagney and Bikes downloadable content updates, plus the brand new Burnout Paradise Party pack. The Party pack brings the social fun of Burnout Paradise into an offline multiplayer mode where players compete in different stunt, speed and skill events. The mode is designed to allow up to eight friends to “pass-the-pad” in dozens of quick-fire, turn-based challenges. The Party pack will also include a host of new features including a restart option added for racing, easier control of the early vehicles, and for the PS3 the new Burnout Paradise Network. Burnout Paradise Network is a live news page that enables players to keep track of friends and keep up with all the latest Burnout news from either inside or outside the game.

Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box marks the debut of the game on PC. The PC version specifically includes multiple monitor displays support, ultra high resolution graphics, motion blur, soft shadow effects, expanded multiplayer, enhanced online features, and community driven content.

Some of the key features that set Burnout Paradise apart include:

* The entire city will be available from the outset, giving players the freedom to explore this immersive world known as Paradise City. Experience open world driving Burnout style as the action begins with you, but it doesn't have to end.

* See your friends online with the EasyDrive Friends List and connect with them instantly without having to wait or exit your game. Burnout Paradise is revolutionizing the way players jump on and offline, making it as simple and quick as possible.

* Choose from Race, Marked Man, Road Rage, and Stunt by pulling up to the numerous stoplights in the game to initiate the event. The action isn't forced any longer, as players have the freedom to start and even end a challenge at their leisure.

* Includes the Cagney Pack update, Bikes Pack and the forthcoming Party Pack.

Burnout Paradise is currently available worldwide on PS3 and Xbox 360, while Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box is scheduled to launch on PC in Feb. 5 2009, while the Party pack will be downloadable through PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box will be available in stores on Feb. 6th in Europe for the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC. Get the Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box [PC] v1.100 Patch off WP (110mb)

All 3 downloadable car packs are now available for the PC version of Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box. Just download the latest update, and you'll be able to purchase these from your in-game store.
