VELOCIPEDE
Download OWR2007 Mod with 2007 ICS Carset and fantasy rides http://ilocker.bsu.edu/users/mrpeters/WORL...Racing_2007.exe OWR2007 V1.0 Features: -New Models (Road/Oval Dallara and Panoz) -New cockpit with working steering wheel lights and LCD readouts -2007 IRL Carset and several fantasy cars Issues: -Drivers need to use the "s-key" overlay to see speed/gear in cockpit view. There are no analog gauges in the cockpit, only LCD warning lights like an IRL car. Gauges are available in the arcade views for setup purposes. -When running on high banked ovals the player car may sink slightly into the banking. This is an issue we cannot avoid to keep people from complaining about the ride height issue. -Any other bugs can be posted at various sim racing sites and we will do our best to fix them! Chassis info: Chevrolet/Dodge - Dalarra Oval/Road Ford/Pontiac - Panoz G-Force Oval/Road Credits: Matthias Reinert, first and foremost. Without you man none of this was EVER EVER EVER possible. You are an absolute genius when it comes to the NR2003 sim and the sim community will always be greatful for your work! PAQUITO - Paquito, we have contacted you for almost a month to let you know that the Panoz model you created is being used in the mod. You had said previously that your model could be used for any sim, but we just want you to know how greatful we are to you for providing the model to the rFactor and NR2003 communities! OW-racing.com - The innovators. Without OW-Racing none of us would enjoy the great racing these cars provide. Thank you for all you have done, and the battles you are continuing to fight to provide the world with great open wheel racing! Alex Faust, Curtis Grooms Jr - You guys have been great friends over the past several years and the input you guys provided in testing this mod has been invaluable. Thanks guys! Dan Nisbet - I've bugged the hell out of you, but without you, none of this would have happened! Thanks for all you have done for me buddy! To anyone else I have forgotten, Thank You! To install: Run the setup program and point it to your NR2003 folder Template Info: Included are a 2007 Dalarra and a 2007 Panoz Template. Wireframes are included for both. Carviewers will also be provided along with the release of the mod. Editing Track.ini's: To get the full effect of the simulated OWR physics, open a track ini of your choice (backup first!!!) and change the following lines as follows: chassis_type = ? to chassis_type = 5 track_asphalt_grip = X.XX - Increase this number by .7 to 1.0 (do not go higher!) track_concrete_grip = X.XX - Increase this number by .7 to 1.0 (do not go higher!) For example, if it reads track_asphalt_grip = 1.12 change to something like = 1.82 to simulate the high speeds of open wheel cars. All previous tracks beginning with "OWR_" are compatible with this mod, as they were with previous variations! League Info: Looking for a great place to run a simulated Open Wheel Season? RickyS
anche se e' l unico sim di indy, come fanno a scrivere "ottimi cockpit"? e anche se "There are no analog gauges in the cockpit, only LCD warning lights like an IRL car" tutta la grafica e' quasi da commodore64...e ripeto, quello specchietto e' veramente un pugno in un occhio inoltre non mi sembra un mod di indy ma solo un carset, e per voler simulare la fisica si deve fare questo "To get the full effect of the simulated OWR physics, open a track ini of your choice (backup first!!!) and change the following lines as follows: chassis_type = ? to chassis_type = 5 track_asphalt_grip = X.XX - Increase this number by .7 to 1.0 (do not go higher!) track_concrete_grip = X.XX - Increase this number by .7 to 1.0 (do not go higher!)
