Guest anta Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 Ho preso un nuovo disco, un Maxtor diamond plus 9 160 GB. Secondo me fa un pò troppo rumore in lettura e scrittura, inoltre mi sono accorto di un rumore ciclico (molto basso) che proviene dal PC (non so da che cosa possa dipendere). Mi sapete indicare un'utility per eseguire un dignostico dell'Hard Disk che possa riconoscere eventuali malfunzionamenti (sia hardware che software). La mia scheda madre è una A7V266 che supporta l'ATA100 mentre il nuovo disco è un ATA133, spero non dipenda da questo. Grazie, ciao.

Guest anta Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 Quello potrebbe andar bene per il rumore ciclico che si sente, ma per il disco troppo rumoroso. dato che è in garanzia vorrei sapere se è normale oppure ha qualcosa che non va. Non conoscete un'Utility che per eseguire test sul disco ??
